WHO WE ARE
Hi, I'm Andrew Baer.
Before I was helping small businesses grow online, I spent seven years consulting inside IBM, working alongside teams in Big Tech, government, healthcare, and financial services. That gave me a front-row seat to how large organizations solve problems with data, technology, and process.
At the same time, I was building my own ventures — in real estate and online sales — which taught me a different lesson: what works on a whiteboard in a boardroom doesn’t always translate to a small business competing for customers on a tight budget and an even tighter timeline.
That combination is exactly why I partnered with WSI. It gives me access to a global network of digital marketing expertise, while I stay hands-on with a small number of clients I can actually get to know.
